Mark your calendars, as we will have a lineup of all our newest vintages at the great Cape Wine 2015 international wine show at the Cape Town Convention Centre, South Africa. We can’t wait to show you the Estate wine releases of our Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay 2014, as well as the 2012 Shiraz, Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot. After two years of barrel aging and some more months of bottle aging, these wines anticipate being poured to seduce your taste buds! You might recall 2012 was the first vintage made in our new cellar and you may expect fresh and lively fruit in these palate pleasing beauties.

We are stepping up our game in order to get the Aaldering news to you… By the end of this year we will be releasing a printed Aaldering Magazine packed with background stories on our wines and the world around our wines. Interviews with leading role players in the industry and great photography are now being worked on to offer you a 68 page adventure and glimpse into the Aaldering life! Are you as excited as we are?

Nothing makes the South African sun shine as bright as on the days that we are sending wines to new markets around the globe. Recently exports have expanded to a few new countries; Germany, Bulgaria and New Zealand. The cling ling sound of the bottling line and the chirp chirp of the birds in our trees creates a melody announcing the new season is around the corner! Our budding vineyards pay tribute to the amount of time and effort being spent by our winemaker, Guillaume Nell investing in the improvement and development of our vineyards. In years to come the soil analysis, cover crop program, pruning regime and daily-gum-boots-walk through the rows, come rain or shine, will sing praise to his commitment and passion for the land and the fruit.
