Our devoted staff

Staff at Aaldering Vineyards & Wines are contracted employees who are personally selected from the neighbouring communities in Devon Valley. The selection process focuses on young men and women who have just finished school and who are unable to support themselves. The job offers them some of the best informal training around and an entry level job in the wine industry with exposure to the production of some of the Best South African Wines around. In return we gain devoted, loyal and hardworking staff while increasing the per capita household income of the entire area.
