Delivering a range of perfect-balanced premium wines is the key driving force of Aaldering Vineyards & Wines. For winemaker Dustin Osborne and his devoted staff (Jos, Kosie and Chriswin) timing of harvesting, being on top of the fermentation process and taking the right vinification decisions are the most important elements which ultimately result in the uniqueness, complexity and premium identity of each Aaldering vintage. However the old expression of “Good wines are made in the vineyard” is never overlooked and sometimes even plays more of a key role. “Our soils are very unique and the terroir provided by the vineyards here, provides a key building block to the quality that one sees in a bottle of Aaldering wines”, says Osborne.
